These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.letsmillets.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products sold under the “Let’s Millets” brand, operated by Providence Health & Lifestyle Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete. Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Our products are packaged food items manufactured in an FSSAI-compliant facility. Product images, descriptions and colours are for illustration and may vary slightly from the item delivered. Please always read the label on the pack for ingredients, allergen information, nutritional values, batch details, best-before date and storage instructions.

Our products may contain, or be processed in facilities that handle, nuts, seeds, cereals containing gluten and other allergens. If you have a food allergy, medical condition or dietary restriction, please check the label carefully and consult a qualified professional before consuming. Product information on the Website is provided for general purposes and is not medical or dietary advice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; however, in the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid. Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Our confirmation of an order is an acknowledgement of receipt and does not by itself amount to acceptance; a binding contract is formed only when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or non-serviceable delivery locations. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways using secure, industry-standard methods. We do not store your card or banking details. By making a payment you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider. We are not responsible for failures, delays or errors attributable to the payment gateway or your bank.

Delivery of orders is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read these policies carefully as they form part of these Terms.

All content on the Website — including the “Let’s Millets” name and logo, trademarks, product designs, text, graphics, images and layout — is owned by or licensed to Providence Health & Lifestyle Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to: use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems; introduce malicious code; or misuse the Website in a manner that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use.

We warrant that our products meet the applicable food safety standards prescribed under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the regulations made under it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as expressly stated, the Website and products are provided on an “as available” basis without further warranties. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Providence Health & Lifestyle Pvt Ltd and its officers and employees from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or products.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using the Website, you consent to such collection and processing.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies or practices of any third-party sites.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental action or failure of utilities or communication networks.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the consumer’s rights to approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month of receipt.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and your continued use of the Website or placing of orders after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
